Join us in 2024 for ARTS IN THE YARD, a free arts making workshop for kids and their families, featuring sessions every Saturday morning with additional Thursday workshops for the month of January!
Workshops are delivered through two convient sessions, from 10am-10:45am and 11am-11:45am.
On Thursdays, the earlier session will be tailored for children aged 2-7 years old and the latter session will be for audiences 7 and above. We welcome families of mixed ages and abilities and strongly encourage parents and caregivers to join in on the fun!
ARTS IN THE YARD is a free public program aimed at introducing children of all ages to contemporary arts practices in an approachable way. This is an all-inclusive arts workshop, please bring yourself plus your family and be prepared to enjoy the delight of learning and making in one of Newcastle’s most historic spaces.
