FREE Accredited Training for Young People - Certificate III in Business

Newcastle Libraries, in partnership with Salvation Army Employment Plus, are offering a FREE Certificate III in Business course to young people aged 15 – 24 years. Boost your employability skills and kickstart your career with this 9-week Nationally Accredited training. 

As part of the course students will receive their Responsible Service of Alcohol, Responsible Conduct of Gambling and Handle Food Safety in a Retail Environment certificates.

This course will teach participants the skills and knowledge needed to work in different business sectors, such as dealing with customers and clients, engaging writing and organisational skills for work and using a range of business equipment, procedures and technology.  

WHEN 13 April – 8 June 2021, 9.00am – 4.30pm 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) 

AGES: 15 – 24 

COST: Free
