After a stellar inaugural turn in 2022, Mayfield Day is back again for 2023 and it’s shaping up to be even bigger and better!
Organised in partnership with the Mayfield Business Improvement Association and Hunter Events, Mayfield Day is a chance for the eclectic suburb to put its best foot forward and picturesque Webb Park is the perfect place to do it.
“It’s a great event that showcases all of the great local businesses in the Mayfield area as well as the great talent while also providing a beautiful day out for the whole family,” Hinter Events Director Louise Manning said.
Mayfield Day will feature more than 40 Mayfield-based vendors showcasing their products and services, and the crowds will be entertained by great local musical talent, interactive entertainment, kids’ activities, mouth-watering food and more.
“There will also be market stalls and, obviously being the day before Mother’s Day it's a great chance to pick up a couple of special things for Mum as well,” Lousie added.
After such a successful event in 2022, Louise said she was confident that even more people will get along to experience a little bit of Mayf Life this weekend.
“It was very well received last year, we had about 1500 to 2000 people throughout the day which is just fantastic,” she said.
“We are expecting a significantly larger attendance this year so it’s good to see community focussed events like this growing.”
Mayfield Day is on at Webb Park on Saturday 13 May. Kick off is at 10am and the fun goes until 3pm.
