The 35th Newcastle Jazz Festival will provide a rich variety of music, from Traditional Jazz, Mainstream, Swing, Blues, Contemporary, Jazz Orchestras and Big Band. Some of Australia's and the Hunter's finest musicians will provide a wide range of styles designed to cater for your every taste. Come along and immerse yourself with 40 bands that will deliver great entertainment over this weekend.
When available, the programme will be published on the Newcastle Jazz website.
There will be drinks available on site and a coffee cart/food/meals on Saturday & Sunday. There are also various cafes and restaurants just a short walk from City Hall. The Newcastle light rail can quickly transport patrons from nearby hotels and parking areas to Newcastle City Hall (Civic Light Rail stop is closest to venue).
