SPEAKERS:
💡 Kyle Loades
A Chairman, Non-Executive Director and Advisor with over two decades of board experience. With a particular focus on, financial services, automotive, mobility and transport, infrastructure, emergency services, technology and a keen interest in transforming business, he provides board level strategy, growth and implementation advice to international and domestic companies – often facing disruption. He is the Chair of Active Super and the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI), a Non-Executive Director of Great Southern Bank and The AMA Group (ASX:AMA). As past Chairman of NRMA he drove significant organisational reform, diversification and transformation. In an executive capacity he established Auto Advantage - a disruptive car broking business since purchased by an ASX listed company. He is a Fellow of the AICD and AusTTA; has completed an MBA, Harvard’s Disruptive Strategy course, ANU’s Transformational Leadership Program, a Diploma of Superannuation and a FINSIA Banking Fundamentals Certificate.
💡 Kirsten Molloy
Dr Kirsten Molloy is an experienced non-executive Director, Chair and CEO and executive, with experience in the logistics, infrastructure and supply chain industry, resources, engineering and manufacturing. A strategist with strong commercial focus, an authentic, values driven, collaborative leader interested in making a positive difference to organisations, their cultures, outcomes and sustainability. She contributes significantly to the community through the Equal Futures Project as President, and also runs and owns a strategy advisory, coaching and mentoring business called Verity Leadership.
Kirsten has an MBA from Deakin University and PhD and Science degree with honours from the University of Newcastle and is a Graduate of the AICD. Executive development was undertaken at INSEAD and Wharton Business School and Director Development via a range of AICD and other programs. Kirsten was a Finalist in the NSW Telstra Business Women's Award 2020, received a University of Newcastle Regional Leader Alumni Award 2019, NSW and National Exceptional Woman in Mining awards in 2017 and Hunter Business Presidents Award 2016.
