Create Your Place 2023

Since the 1980s Graffiti Artists have been creating their place in Newcastle. This event celebrates their invaluable contribution to the public art scene. It offers you an opportunity to delve into this captivating artform and immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Hip Hop culture. So, come along, spray your name on something & create YOUR place in Newcastle.

You can participate in a variety of engaging workshops throughout the weekend, ranging from beginners' grafiiti sessions to master classes. Alternatively, simply join us, soak up the positive energy, and revel in all things Hip Hop, including live graffiti exhibitions, DJing, EMCing and Breakin'.

This event is open to all ages, and is completely free, making it a fantastic, family-friendly gathering.

Registration for workshops will open on September 15.
