Come and experience what it would be like to be part of a nationally recognised elite training program with this new Introductory Associate Program workshop.
National College of Dance are opening up their Associate Program to dancers aged from 10yrs through to 17yrs.
Over the 3 days you will be offered specialised age related workshops which include:
- Body conditioning class - and looking after your dancers body
- Morning Ballet class - and Technique and how to improve in your ballet class
- Pointe class and looking after your feet
- Nutrition workshop and understanding what you need to fuel your dancers body
- Repertoire classes in both classical and contemporary dance
- Information about Auditioning and acceptance to the associate program for 2024.
