Moulds, mushrooms, yeasts and more - welcome to the intriguing world of fungi!

From field mushrooms and vegemite to antibiotics and the largest organism alive - fungi are as varied as they are useful. Fungi are not plants - they're more closely related to humans than they are to trees. In fact, there might might be ten times as many species of fungi as there are of plants!

Did you ever imagine they could look so curious?
