HMRI host FREE Heart and Stroke Research Event

This FREE event is designed to foster collaboration, connection, and consumer-driven research initiatives, ensuring the developments in heart and stroke research reflect the needs of those most affected. 

The event will feature an exciting lineup of sessions starting with the latest findings and advancements in heart and stroke research, led by Professor Doan Ngo.   

Attendees will also have the unique opportunity to hear directly from Brenda Booth OAM, stroke survivor and experienced consumer research partner. She will share stories and lessons learned from the 20 years that she has been representing the views and experiences of people with stroke in research and policy work, along with HMRI's Public Participation and Integration Team.
