Guided tours starting at 9.30 then half-hourly till 1.30 pm on Sunday 19 May 2024. Registration is essential. Guides will tell the stories of the people buried in 15 different graves - the background, family, achievements, reasons for interest. There are tragedies, successes and a great cross-section of Newcastle people. The grounds of the cemetery are not suitable for wheelchairs, walking frames or people with limited mobility. Enclosed shoes must be worn.
