Customer Care Specialists will deliver a 1 hour basic introduction tutorial, providing hands on assistance to attendees interested in learning how to set up a Service NSW account and navigate our website and use the Service NSW app.
The session will provide an introduction to:
• Service NSW website and online transactions.
• Creating and using a MyService NSW account
• The Service NSW App
• ID Support NSW and Cyber Security
To get the most out of this workshop, we encourage you to bring your own fully charged personal device such as mobile phone or tablet, with access to your emails from your device.
