Our Gin School is all about providing you with an interactive experience where you become head distiller for the day! Tailored for the spirit curious, the two hour class is run in pairs with each participant receiving:
- a complimentary No. 8 Dry G&T
- twin share cheese board
- learn about the history and process of distilling
- choose from our wide selection of Australian and exotic botanicals
- distill your gin using our miniature stills
- expore mixing of 'cuts'
- hand fill and label your own bottle of gin
