Newcastle Printmakers Workshop (NPW) is launching Spring into Print on Saturday 2nd September, 2023 from 2pm – 4pm, in the workshop at 27 Popran Road, Adamstown.
This exhibition of NPW members’ work is a celebration of Spring as the season of renewal, new life and new beginnings.
Spring into Print features a variety of printmaking techniques including silk screen printing, lino block printing, etching, collagraph and works using mixed media.
The exhibiting artists are Stephanie Berick, Jane Collins, Robyn Culley, Lois Herman, Gina McDonald, Aurelia Nowak, Sally Picker, Mardi Ryan, Michelle Strazzari, Catherine Tempest, Amanda Watts and Valé Zakarauskas.
NPW invites you to the exhibition opening, with the opportunity to meet the artists and see the printmaking studio including the presses, works stations and other print facilities.
The exhibition will then be open to the public on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 9.30am – 12.30pm until 26 October 2023.
