Surfest 25 - Indigenous Surfing Classic

The Surfest 2025 Indigenous Surfing Classic will be held at Dixon Park Beach on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25 May.

It will feature Open Mens & Womens, Junior Mens & Womens and Open Masters divisions with a total of $15,000 in prizemoney.

Before the competition starts on Saturday 24th there will be a Welcome and smoking ceremony at 8am at Dixon Park. Featrturing dance performances from regional schools and cultural groups.

The Regional Aboriginal Partnerships is a major sponsor of the Surfest Indigenous Classic and there will be an Aboriginal Business District showcasing local aboriginal businesses and cultural programs at Dixon Park beach during the two days of the event.
