Celebrate Youth Week supporting participants of Tidda’s in Muloobinba musical workshop in the Playhouse. A special performance by aspiring young First Nations artists.


The land on which Newcastle was built is called Muloobinba. It means It means 'the place of the sea ferns'. Tidda is an aboriginal word meaning sister, best friend, Auntie or Mentor. This is a term of endearment that aboriginal women use to describe their relationships.

Tickets are free but you must reserve a seat (all people must have a ticket including Babes in Arms)
