In our fun and playful atmosphere at Catapult Dance, we introduce developmental dance skills, including warm-up exercises, body part isolation, coordination and sequencing, spatial awareness, shapes, and patterns.
Participants will embark on a journey of creative play and imaginative games, incorporating dance, movement, music, and rhythms.
Our focus is on dance sequences, fostering creativity, and team-building through collaborative games. Participants will develop confidence, problem-solving techniques, and higher-order thinking skills.
