Learn and explore the history of Wallsend and its journey from the two mining villages of Wallsend and Plattsburg to the suburb be know and love today.
The walking trail is 2.6km long. It starts at the Terminus Hotel and ends at the Fire Station Hotel. Other stops include Clarens House, School of Arts, Commercial Hotel, Rail Shed, Presbyterian Church, Baptist Tabernacle, Band Rotunda, Lemongrove Hotel, Carrington Hotel, Police Sergeants Residence, and the Fire Station.
