Exhibiting for the first time in Newcastle, artist and author, Sasi Victoire presents 'With Alice' at The Creator Incubator (TCI) arts space in Hamilton North. The opening is from 6pm to 8pm, Saturday 2 December.
An acclaimed printmaker, Sasi Victoire is inspired by her personal diaspora, otherness and experiences that result from living in a diverse range of places, from Melbourne, to northern NSW and Cairns.
Currently living in Dungog, this exhibtion showcases a delightful series of Alice in Wonderland inspired imagery. Sasi has been creating work for over 30-years since arriving from Malaysia to Australia in the 1970s.
