It’s been a long day, then you get to your fridge, and the day gets longer… The chances of getting something nourishing and tasty up for dinner looks farther and farther away… Enter ANYTIME DUMPLINGS!
Let dumpling master Suki Kwon turn the contents of your fridge into a Dumpling Delight!
There will be no set recipes for fillings, just an array of vegetable and proteins commonly found in the average fridge as well as dumpling wrappers and pantry staples (and a few things that you probably should have in your pantry!)
You will make your own (in groups) adhering to Suki’s guidance and will discover what ingredients work together as well as what you need to elevate them to the next level.
Dipping Sauces will be created and you will cook them in all the ways known to man; pot stickers, boiled, steamed and fried – you may even come up with some new ones.
