Nestled in the heart of The Junction Fair our cooking school shines - a haven for food lovers and those interested in expanding their everyday repertoire. traversing cuisines, cultures and skills our cooking school, attached to our retail store which houses ingredients; spices, pastes, sauces, and staples, as well cookware, books serverware, a custome cheese and meat deli and a thriving wholesale business. Phew! Did I mention our staff are all foodies with lots of knowledge to share and reccomendations to give?
