Fondalicious is an hour of kick-flicking, hair crimping fun! It's a dance class set to a banging 80s soundtrack. All abilities and fitness levels are welcome.
Feel free to dress up in your best 80s aerobics gear. It's not compulsory but always highly encouraged.
Bring along:
- a yoga mat or towel for floor work
- a drink bottle
- warm clothes for putting on after class
- $10 cash (if you haven't prepurchased online)
Plenty of parking on Wharf Rd, along the foreshore. Or jump on the tram which stops nearby.
