Deep beneath a pile of rubbish lives the Trash family: a family of puppets whose star has waned and who are desperate to get their old TV show back on the air! Using junk puppet-making skills, live performance, and recorded TV segments, participants will bring the Trash family to life and fulfill their dream of making Trash famous again!
Join Tantrum’s professional teaching artists over two creative days to make and perform a new show. Participants can take on any role they choose – performer, costume designer, props maker, script writer – or all of them.
Tantrum’s drama workshops put young people at the centre of their creative expression, supporting participants to use their voice, follow their instincts, and make what they want to make.
Parents, carers, friends, join us at 3pm as our live studio audience as we debut the new episode of Trash TV.
