See inside the soon to be renovated and restored Victoria Theatre.   The Victoria theatre is the oldest surviving heritage theatre in NSW.

Join the friends of the Margaret Henry Memorial Association for a night hosted by Jonathan Biggins featuring local playwright and actor Carl Caulfield.  Carl will explore two of his works ‘Creativity’ and ‘Shakespeare’s fools’ reading scenes from both plays.

Theatre Historian, Dr Gillian Arrighi, Associate Professor, (Honorary) Theatre and Performance UNSW, will introduce us to the wonders of the building and present a virtual tour to allow us to experience what it might just have been like on the theatre’s opening night of the restored theatre in 1891.

All this whilst enjoying a drink or two and some enticing food.

Tickets are $75 or $60 concession and are available at Trybooking.com.  For more information contact Di on 0457 993 935 or drigney1952@gmail.com.
