Join Indigenous health practitioner Sarah Corrigan from Rainbow Crow Cultural Collective for a special Wayapa program for babies and their carers.

Wayapa® is an earth connection practice that is based on ancient Indigenous wisdom, focusing on taking care of the Earth as the starting point for creating Earth Mind Body Spirit well-being. Mindfulness and Indigenous inspired movements allow for a healing space through yarning, sharing and connection.

Sessions:

Monday 6, 13, 20, 27 March, 10:30-11:15am

Wayapa Baby Time is a four week program.

Ages: For babies aged 0-12 months and their carer.

Bookings essential. Please book spaces for parent/carer and babies as we have a maximum capacity for each session (minimum 2 tickets per booking e.g. an adult and any babies attending).

Spaces are limited so please cancel if you can no longer attend.

If you have any access or inclusion needs, please email library@ncc.nsw.gov.au
