The theme for NAIDOC 2021 is Heal Country and Wayapa Wuurrk provides the opportunity for ALL people to come together to care and Heal Country for ourselves and our future generations.
Join Sarah Corrigan, a proud Darkinjung woman, as she introduces participants to the movements of Wayapa Wuurrk and share insights on how Aboriginal Australians have and continue to Care for Country. Through a combination of Earth mindfulness, narrative meditation, a series of physical movements and taking action to look after the planet, Wayapa® provides a sense of belonging to the Earth while creating holistic well-being.
